Cherry-Oh

Funny, but I never thought of blonde hair as presenting a challenge to what to wear.  I've heard the saying that Red-heads shouldn't wear pink  (total bunk, by the way), but never heard too much about blondes.  I have to say as much as I love red, it's been a bit of a challenge to wear it with this pale blonde.  It really seems to wash out my complexion to a ghostly pale.  I love fruity prints and I like the idea of buying separates to I can wear the pieces together or apart to get lots of outfits, so I was tickled pink to get this two piece set from Hodoyi, but once I tried it on, the red was a challenge.  No problem, I love a challenge and I think, out of the different outfit combos I tried, adding the denim jacket seemed the best way to punch up the look.
I think this is a really cute little set, but I need to mention that in the model pics, it looks to be white and red, but the one that arrived at my door has a lot of smudgy pink in it, which did not come out in the wash.  It is also made of a fabric that feels a bit like a bathing suit, so maybe better for cooler days.
