Scallops and Ruffles

I've been so curious to try one of these ruffled wrap tops that all the fashionistas seem to be wearing. I've finally taken the plunge and I really love it! I ordered one size up from my usual XS and it fits a bit loose, but pretty well. Pay close attention to the measurements when ordering, this one feels like it runs more true to size. For the skirt I normally wear a size 2, but ordered it in a size small and with the elastic waist, it fits perfectly. I wish I'd been wearing this outfit all summer.
